Apisak Phuphipat is an Assistant Professor in the English Department. He completed his Ed.D. (Applied Linguistics) at Columbia University, USA.
Melada Sudajit-apa is lecturer in the English Department. She completed her Ph.D. (Theoretical and Applied Linguistics) at the University of Edinburgh.
Ross Taylor is a lecturer in the English Department. He completed his PhD at Durham University, UK. His doctoral thesis in Intercultural Communication and Education was ‘Investigating the role of connotation in communication and miscommunication within English as a lingua franca and consequent implications for teaching’. He has published academic papers on the nature of culture and the importance of a Liberal Arts content core in EFL teaching. His research interests include intercultural communication and content in EFL teaching
Saneh Thongrin is an Assistant Professor in the English Department. Her Ph.D. was completed in Rhetoric and Linguistics at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. She has published academic papers on Thai/Asian collectivist concepts and pedagogical principles, ESL/EFL writing instruction, computer-mediated communication and language and culture. Her research interests include EFL writing pedagogy and teacher-training methodology.
Sirirat Na Ranong is a lecturer in the English Department. She completed her Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics at University of Essex, United Kingdom. His/her research interests include second/third language acquisition, psycholinguistics, literature and language teaching.
Sunanta Wannasin Bell is a lecturer in the English Department. She completed her PhD at the University of Nottingham, UK. Her doctoral thesis in Modern English Language was ‘Spatialisation of Fictional Worlds and Interpretative Controversies in the Satanic Verses, Midnight’s Children and Shame’. She has published academic papers on stylistics and translation studies. Her research interests include cognitive poetics, postmodern literature, narratology, discourse analysis and literary linguistics.

Dumrong Adunyarrigun is an Associate Professor and Chair of the English Department. He completed his Ph.D.in Curriculum and Instruction (Reading Education) University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland, USA. His thesis was “The effects of the reciprocal teaching procedure on Thai EFL students' reading performance and self-perception as readers.” His research interests include Reading strategies, comprehension, reading assessment, motivation to read, literacy to promote peace.

His research interests include strategies-based language learning, vocabulary acquisition for English language learners, computer assisted language learning, and professional development for language teachers.
